30-day guarantee

Not happy with your order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort out a refund or replacement.

Opened products

Because supplements are consumable, we can only accept returns of unopened product in its original packaging. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll replace it at no cost — opened or not. Just send a photo.

How to start a return

Email litmus625@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the return is our error.
